BACKGROUND

Dedicated to providing high-quality legal services and with years of experience, my background includes specializing in transactional areas of law. As founder and former Director of the Transactional Law Clinics of Harvard Law School (currently Professor Emeritus), and the faculty founder of student practice organizations the Harvard Recording Artists Project and Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, and other leadership and faculty roles, I am distinctly skilled at understanding and problem-solving legal issues for clients and producing concrete and affordable results. Other previous professional legal roles include years as a claims and litigation attorney in the legal department of a major insurance company, and a senior director role in Massachusetts state government in support of small business development.
